13 Emacsvox Keyboard Commands.

This chapter explains how to discover the bindings that are current in your Emacs session. For the small starter set, see Basic Usage. For the complete generated default bindings, see Emacsvox Keymaps in Emacsvox Reference Manual.

Most Emacsvox commands use one of these two default prefixes:

C-e

The main Emacsvox keymap.

C-e d

The text-to-speech keymap.

Emacsvox also defines integration-specific and optional convenience maps. Which of those keys are available depends on the current major and minor modes, your window system or terminal, and your configuration; therefore this conceptual chapter does not duplicate their inventories.

Use Emacs Help to inspect the effective result:

If live Help and this manual differ, live Help describes your running session. Check customizations first, then compare the generated defaults in the Emacsvox Keymaps in Emacsvox Reference Manual.
