Register semantic cue and tone names, sound resource packs, module resource overlays, requirement profiles, and device-independent voice palettes. Resource resolution remains independent of local-player and speech-server protocols.

Command: emacsvox-aural-refresh-discovered-resource-packs
Rescan configured discovery roots and return discovered pack identifiers.

2.39.2 emacsvox-aural-resources Options

Variable: User Option emacsvox-aural-disabled-resource-overlays
Module resource overlays that should use their generic cue fallbacks.

Disabling an overlay suppresses both its packaged defaults and matching
themed overrides below an active sound pack.

Variable: User Option emacsvox-aural-personal-sound-packs-directory
Directory containing personal sound packs.

Each immediate child is a candidate pack.  Set this to nil to disable the
standard personal discovery root.  The directory need not exist.
