These settings control reading detail and delivery. They do not replace the rules choosing content or the palette shaping its voice. Start with rate and punctuation for reading, routing for where notifications play, or volumes for how loud the components are. Each control has its own scope and saving action; a capital S in one menu does not save everything described in this section.
